What is Divine Mercy?
The Divine Mercy is a devotion to the Mercy of Jesus which
was revealed to St. Faustina Kowalska in 1931. While it is not a new teaching,
the devotion amplifies what the Church has traditionally taught regarding God’s
great mercy. In 2000, Pope John Paul II instituted the Feast of Divine Mercy to
be celebrated each year on the 2nd Sunday of Easter. In fact, His
Holiness passed away on the Feast of Divine Mercy, April 3, 2005. Click

more about the devotion, including the Divine Mercy Chaplet.
