Parish Coordinator – Alexandria Tutoring Consortium (ATC). Acts as liaison between parish volunteer reading tutors and ATC, distributing materials and troubleshooting as needed. Coordinator is not required to be a tutor, although it is helpful to do so. |

Reading Tutor – Alexandria Tutoring Consortium (ATC) – Tutors work one-on-one with second graders to help them with their reading. Blessed Sacrament’s designated ATC school is John Adams Elementary School. No experience is necessary; training is provided. |

ALIVE! (Alexandrians Involved Ecumenically) Multi-faceted program for the needy. Volunteer opportunities include: food delivery, furniture pick-up and drop-off, early-childhood center assistant, etc. |
