PROCESS
Registration for all returning students and siblings of returning
students is February 17-20, 2009.
Registration for Blessed Sacrament parish families is on March 2-4,
2009.
a. Priority is based on longevity of parish membership.
b. Registration forms can be obtained from the school
office between 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
c.
Registration forms received after 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday (March 4) will be
put on a secondary parish waiting list in the order in which they are
received.
Registration for families outside the parish (on a first-come,
first-served basis) is March 9, 2009. Catholics who are
non-parishioners at Blessed Sacrament will need to provide written
proof of current parish registration. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and
will close at 3 p.m.
Registration fee plus one months tuition are due upon student’s
acceptance to a class. The tuition payment is
non-refundable and will be applied to the June payment.
Prompt payment is required to continue enrollment.
ORDER OF PREFERENCE FOR
ADMISSION
1. Returning
students from Grades 1-8 and for ECC students returning to the ECC
2. Siblings
of returning grade school students who are parishioners.
3. Children
of parishioners registered before 3/1/99, regardless of
boundaries.
4. Children
of parishioners registered after 3/1/99 living within
parish boundaries.
5. Children
of parishioners living
outside
parish boundaries registered after 3/1/99.
6. Siblings
of returning students who are non-parishioners.
7. Returning
ECC students entering Kindergarten.
8. Students
from parishes without schools.
9. Students
from parishes with schools.
10. Students
from non-Catholic families
